It comes with 3GB/4GB RAM options and 32GB/64GB inbuilt storage options respectively. The device runs on latest Android 9.0 Pie version, triple rear camera setup with quad flash and 13 megapixels front camera with double flash for your selfies.

Tecno Pouvoir 3 Plus Design
The back of the phone which is made of plastic material houses the fingerprint sensor used for unlocking the device. It also houses the triple cameras and flashlight at the back. The phone has curved edges and the right-hand side houses the power and volume control buttons as well as SIM slot while the left hand side has the google assistant button and micro SD card slot. Under the phone, you will see 3.5 mm audio jack for your earpiece, USB port for charging the phone as well as charging other phones with it using its OTG features and the speakers. But in the upper end of the phone, there is no port or opening as it’s just plain. Because of its massive battery, the smartphone weighs 209 and measures 9.17mm in thickness, making it a bit heavy. Tecno Pourvoir 3 Plus comes with three cameras at the back plus another one camera at the front making it a total of four cameras on the device. Tucked in its notch is the single selfie camera shooter, which is a 13MP snapper with an f/2.2 aperture. The features include FaceID, HDR and AI face beauty and dual LED flash for taking good selfies at night or in low-light areas. The device can also shoot 720p videos at 30fps with its 13MP main camera, a secondary 8MP ultra wide-angle camera and lastly, a 2MP depth sensor camera for portrait mode shots. Features of the Tecno Pouvoir 3 Plus rear camera include a Quad-LED flash, HDR, Panorama and Touch Focus. Just as the front-facing camera, the rear camera can also shoot 720p videos at 30fps as well as being able to shoot 1080p videos at 30fps.
Tecno Pouvoir 3 Plus Software & Performance
The device is powered by Mediatek Helio P22 SoC which has an octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz paired with a PowerVR GE8320 for games/graphics. Note that the phone is available in two options – 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM version and 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM version. Both versions runs on Android 9.0 Pie straight from the box but there is no word on whether it will receive OTA update later. Additionally, it runs the TECNO HiOS Skin.

In terms of connectivity options, the Pouvoir 3 Plus supports a lot of 4G LTE bands including Glo 4G band , it has Bluetooth, WiFi, WiFi hotspot, GPS, a 3.5mm jack and a microUSB port for charging and file transfer with supports for USB OTG.

While there is no official declaration of fast charging on Tecno Pouvoir 3 Plus, you can actually charge the phone fastly by using 10 W, 5v fast chargers like Oraimo charger and Original Samsung 10w fast charger.
